can you disable deny routing operation in security policy

Is there a way to disable "deny routing operation" in security policy?

What I am trying to do is have a machine on the local subnet of the VPN client talk to the machine on the other side on the VPN server. I set it up using remote access.

Found it. It is under the security policy for the individual users.
