revealing ip when disconnect

Hi All
my problem is : when i get disconnect from softether vpn server , my windows basic connection still work , that's causes of revealing my ip address , is there any way to terminate all connections immediately when i get disconnect from softether vpn server, some thing like control all connections or any thing else
1- windows 7 32 bit ultimate
2- internet connection : mobile broadband 3g (Huawei internet gateway device)
3- softether vpn 4.0 ( ver 4.06, build 9437)
there is no firewall except windows built-in firewall

What is windows basic connection?

My network location is public network, I have virtual box installed ,
in adapters page I have two :
Remote NDIS based internet sharing device (enabled ) and broadcom netxtreme gigabit ethernet (disabled)
