monitoring SoftEther
At my company, we want to be able to monitor the status of our SoftEther servers. We have a system that does a TCP connect to 443 every 5 or 10 minutes, but I noticed that this is causing new CIDs to be created each time in the logs. Is this likely to be a problem? Should we monitor it some other way? Or maybe restart the process every so often?

Increasing CIDs is not a problem. Checking the TCP port is a good solution.
