Mac os Catalina- Open VPN Lt2P

I am new to the whole vpn gate. I have quite the experience in setting up a vpn. However I have tried different methods and am unable to connect. I am seeking advice as to whether or not I am doing something wrong. I have tried Open VPN, L2TP and also softether gui?

I use L2TP with passphrase without problems, what problem do you have?
