Using SoftEther with CCProxy

Has anyone been able to successfully use SoftEther with CCProxy to create a SOCKS server for the VPN? I want normal traffic to be unencrypted and only applications that use the CCProxy SOCKS server to use the SoftEther VPN. Another thread suggested that I need to bridge the VPN Client Adapter.
If anyone has done this, could you please provide instructions? Thanks!
