Installation error (win7 x64)

got such message just on 1rst step of install
"the setup program was executed from outside an install source"
any ideas how to handle it?

common guys,be active at your projects forum..or at least provide us with email for communication..
How can I fix this error,or at least tell me why it showed up.. =(
