Help~Redirect Traffic to Specific Client (SoftEther Server)?

Hello,
Everything is great, easy and clear with SoftEther VPN Server, except two points:
1. How do I make rule which can auto redirect traffic to specific User by Port? other-words, How do I open port for specific Client Pc?
2. I see that there is no ping response between Server and Client , although the Client has connected successfully!
