Nothing happen after Requesting IP address to the DHCP

anyone can help i just select an server to connect after that when requesting an IP address to the DHCP server in the VPN after few seconds it's doesn't show the VPN Connection is Established and i check my adapter setting on the control panel the VPN Adapter keep on Identifying how to fix this issues? Help please i really want to play Japan Sudden Attack

You are using Local Bridge function and request IPs from external DHCP or SecureNAT

What machine hosts the DHCP server, router or another server like Windows Server?

Where is the Softether VPN Server hosted, same server system or different one?
