help!!..Tls handshake error on android 2.3

each time i try to connect to the generated ovpn config file from my softether server manager on my android 2.3 using Openvpn settings application it connects but stops at tls handshake error.please help me out!

no nothing llike that because i also noticed i find it hard to connect on openvpn 2.0 but all other versions connect
