Is there any python, php or other web based binaries which can be run on a web server to eliminate the need of running the Softether VPN Server process?

We are authoring solution for service providers to manage distributed VPN Servers (aka Hosted VPN) but for Windows right now. *NIX will be later on. But you are asking for SoftEther only although our product is able to manage multiple vendors.
