i've been using SoftEther's build 9387 for quite some time now, and recently, i am unable to connect to some Japanese VPNs that i used to be able to connect.
More accurately, it says that i'm "connected" to the VPN server, but Error 13(connection has timed out) pops up, even though it shows at least 30 people are connected, and ping is 30-50 range.
and for those VPNs that i am able to connect to, the network is always "limited".
any ideas on how to solve this problem?

the problem is when "requesting an IP address to the DHCP server in the VPN"
it says Error 13, request to the server has timed out, only after barely 5 seconds.
