VPN Client, cannot get the IP from server

I have instrall the VPN Client in the window 7 successfully, but I cannot get the IP when I connect the VPN list server.

Hi dear
when you try to get connect with vpn server just look the date of update .....if your software is up to date then it will get connect otherwise on the right side there is an option of refresh list ....as you click it so yo can update your software....

Thank you for your reply.
I have to try to install the update-to-date vpn gate client. The install is successfully in the windows 7. The vpn server connect is usccessfully, but i use the cmd "ipconfig /all" the new id, the id is still orginal, never change to 10.211..

Simply means the selected server is down/busy/out of service. Choose another VPN Gate host server.
