Really, I have tried to realise what you want to do but could not imagine. More details please with your current routing details, host OS and so on.

Show me your traceroute to other HQ network host from any connected VPN session.
And what is your 'local bridge'??? Is it a kind of switch?

a route problem!
I was wrong to think that there was an option on the softether gui.
i had to manually add needed route on the OS.
