L2TP doesn't work after install SoftEther server

I fount out that if install SofthEther client and server on the same machine - build in windows 7/2008r2 L2TP client doesn't work with error 789.

After delete SoftEther server - L2TP client start working :)
But I think it is bug. Please, fix it.

Ok, some little details:
If SoftEther has enabled L2TP server than you can not establish L2TP connection from this machine to another SoftEther server(another kind of servers I did not check).
When you disable L2TP on SoftEther you can establish L2TP connection.
