Error code 2: Protocol error occured.

I can only connect using port 443 in openvpn but whenever I try to connect to port 443 in softether "error code 2: protocol error occured" shows.
Can anyone help me?

Did you configure OpenVPN to accept connections on the 443 port?

No. I simply download port 443 openvpn config files from vpngate and connect.

You need to configure SE OpenVPN setting to accept connections on 443 port.
