Need help setting up ios and android deivces to connect

Hi i Need help setting up my ios and android deivces to connect to my VPN server, i have tried your tuturiols on your website and i couldnt get it to work. i can connect to my vpn server perfectly on my windows 7 laptops using the softether vpn client i just need a little more help getting my ios and android devices setup. thank u in advance for your help.
