I don't think so. I haven't used MS-SSTP before but I don't think you can do it automatically unless you have 3rd party programs to do. That is if there is one. The SEVPN client works only for it's own VPN protocol and for other vpn features you have to use the built in client like MS-SSTP in windows vista above.
