Create virtual bridge Windows

Hello guys,

From I understood, I must create a local bridge manually. That's great but why there is no detailed inf how to do that, also how to connect newly created bridge adapter with physical card in how to point it in SoftEtherVPNServer settings? I'm playing with SoftEtherVPNServer about two hours without any success. Why I must install Client and Server pasts on the same Workstation to make VPN workable?
I just want to deploy VPN server inside of my network, so I'll be ablee to access to it from outside and use general DHCP router's pool to assign IP addresses for my clients from it.
Thank you.

The problem is I can't create Bridge adapter via https://db.tt/O7QkkHlL
What is the reason of that? I had restarted my computer twice. Also, I had tried on my remote pc. Problem the same.
When I try via cmd I got the next:

VPN Server/VPNts>Bridgedevicelist
BridgeDeviceList command - Get List of Network Adapters Usable as Local Bridge
Error occurred. (Error code: 52)
Not enough privileges.

But I had launched CMD with Administrator permissions
