Client tries to connect to strange host using SSL

Hi,

I've been trying the server and client and it works as intended, but one thing has come up.

When I log on to my client machine using my domain details, I get a warning from our firewall stating that the Soft Ether VPN Client is trying to communicate over SSL to host ddns-register-1.sehosts.com

I've tried googling as to what this site is, or what it might be used for, but I'm having no luck. Could you please enlighten me as to why the client tries to talk to this host without me doing anything?

Thanks.

ddns-register-1.sehosts.com
Is it correct host name or typo?
Could you re-confirm the host name?

I suppose that Dynamic DNS (DDNS) function is enabled on your SoftEther VPN Server. In order to register itself to the "softether.net" Dynamic DNS (DDNS) domain, the VPN Server communicates with the central DDNS server in regular peroid. If you do not need DDNS function, disable the function on the configuration file of VPN Server.

How do you disable the DDNS in the config file?

構成ファイルでDDNSを無効にするにはどうすればよいですか?
