Can't connect to any server AT ALL 昨日からどんな鯖も使えなくなった

Since yesterday I haven't being able to connect to any server, I keep getting the 02 error. I've seen other people with the same problem, which leads me to think that maybe it's not only me.

Is there anything I can do to fix it?
Is it the server's problem?
When will it be fixed?
