How can i get a desination server's ovpn file?

As we know,there are some VPN servers' ovpn files which can be dowanloaded on vpngate's homepage.But not every server's ovpn file can be found in this list.So here is my question:how can i get an ovpn file of desination server in SoftEther VPN's servers list?
