Hello vpn users. I hope that you can help me. In short, we have got branch in other city. In brach office have 2 PCs.
These PCs blocking by group policy which use antivirus. We can't install any software or control pcs. Earlier we control gpo of antivirus using Hamachi vpn (PS at the moment hamachi is not working).
Tasks:
1) Connect to vpn server(PS Softether vpn) with Windows native client L2TP/IPsec - it's working fine now
2) Get access to branch network and control gpo of antivirus
3) Get access to our network
4)How to configure static routing using only 1 network adapter in vpn server
Help me, please

You need to provide more information about your network topology.
Try Bridging your virtual NAT with your physical adapter in your branch office and see if it works.
to do that open SoftEther Server manager and click on local bridge settings (bottom left)
if it didn't work try enabling "Bridge Router Mode" in your client from Advanced settings.
Also try Enabling "Monitor Mode" - to enable Monitor mode you need to enable user policy on server and enable Monitor Mode (it's off by default) or the client won't be able to connect
