SoftEther VPN User Forum

Hi
I recently install softether and i want use ipsec/L2TP over WP 8.1 and IOS
i confing softether server step by step but i can't connect to it with ipsec/L2TP in my WP 8.1 and IOS
Does anyone have this problem and if anyone knows the solution ?
and I've read several articles forum but could not find a solution
please help me

os:windows server 2008 r2 64bit
softether ver : (Ver 4.13, Build 9524, beta)

L2TP/IPSec employ Pre-Shared Key(psk) ,i bet you already set it in the server.Do you remember to type the PSK in 'advance setting' under 'security tab' ?
and for the type of vpn ,do u set to L2TP/IPSec?

a quick diagnose whether ONLY is the L2TP/IPSec having problem or the whole VPN server is wrongly configured is try connect using other protocol(prefer using the softether client).
