If I make a connection to a oversea VPN server from China. Which DNS can be used? Which DNS setting would affect the connection speed and stabilization? The DNS in Ethernet Adapter Local area connection or Ethernet adapter VPN - VPN client?
When I connect to youtube or facebook by the default https, It always prompt me and complain that the connection is not private and close the connection. But after tried few times from www.google.com to enter the youtube page, it can be connect again. Anyone know what happened?

You can try using the Google DNS, 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Also, this sounds like your connection is being sniffed. Please check your computer for any malware or any strangers tapping on your network.

use on which adapter?

The VPN server's Ethernet adapter.

I set 208.82.1.1 as DNS server in wired adapter config.
the softether server IP is 188.178.115.134
192.168.38.1 is the internet gateway
I set 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as DNS server in VPN virtual adapter config
I just wonder why 208.82.1.1 would be logged in my internet router. I assume it's encrypted and can't be seem by the router. below is the log from the router(192.168.38.1)

Yes, the packet will still have to go out through your router and through your ISP's router. However, as you have said, the packet is encrypted so that they will not be able to identify it.
