Huh, shadowsocks even supports salsa20 and chacha20 stream ciphers now. And one of them is even faster than rc4-md5 on PC. How cool is that?!

Still, what is stopping you from running both shadowsocks and softether on the same server? Furthermore, shadowsocks runs on a higher networking layer than SoftEther (at least in Ethernet over HTTPS mode), so theoretically there should be no problem supporting it already, but tunneling an encrypted tunnel within an already encrypted tunnel seems somewhat useless and wasteful to me. Also, shadowsocks uses SSH for obfuscation, which is trivially easy for China to detect and shut down if traffic volumes are above a certain threshold.
shadowsocks is a fast tunnel proxy that helps you bypass GFW
