SoftEther VPN Client Hard disk continuous reading

Client software continuously reads the hard disk, per 2MB, one day you can read hundreds of GB, on 10 computers there have appeared the phenomenon (see attachment), WINDOWS 7 or WINDOWS 8.1 will. X86 or X64 will.
OS: windows7 and 8.1 (x86 and x64)
Version: 9529
CPU: AMD INTEL has
Antivirus software: no
Firewall software: no
The situation in the 10 computers in: WINDOWS 7 AND WINDOWS 8.1 have occurred. WINDOWS SERVER 2003 but did not occur.

I did not see this problem on 9538, using Windows Embedded 8.1 Industry Pro on VMWare Player. Write only.

I'm on Windows 8.1's "Resource Monitor" does not see the situation, but in the "Task Manager" to open the Advanced field, you can see the phenomenon. See screenshot.
In this 10 computers in Win7 and Win 8.1 "Task Manager" has the phenomenon. Sec read about 2MByte, write 1MByte second.
I have tried to update to the 9538 version of the client, but the situation is still there.

I only see the softether reading the disk when connected to VPN, but it stops after disconnecting.
I actually see the softether vpn client both reads and writes when connected to a VPN server.

I think this is a design problem, not a bug, because the software actually runs correctly.

Currently, CPU usage, memory usage, hard disk usage, no problem, but this is the amount of disk reads daily, horror!
Recommended solve this problem, otherwise unsuspecting users will question whether the client has a hidden Trojan.

I have to use "FILEMON" software, found that the client software, it seems that every second will check your hard drive "C:" The remaining space, but the way NTFS format seems to calculate the remaining space, 2MB of hard drive will read NTFS Table, so causing the client to read the status of 2MB per second.
But I could not find anything that can shut down, the client software second "Check your hard drive free space function" switch.
