VPN Cluster mode

Hi all!
I have to build 1 cluster vpn servers using SoftEther, but after have 1 controller, 1 members and connected successfully, the button config for IPSEC is disabled.
So how I can connect from Android device after enable cluster mode

As far as I remember IPSec is one of the protocols which don't work In a cluster mode. OpenVPN doesn't, too. Double check for SE Docs for further information.

Do u use statichub or dynamic hub?
