connect from ubuntu 18

hi all
i've installed new kubuntu 18 and trying to configure vpn
i've inserted user, pass, gateway, shared key, but it doesnt connect
on windows it works
there are some options i have to set in ubuntu?

i solved writing in gateway id the ip of lan interface of the softether server
but now the connection is very slow, i've these in syslog:

Why don't you use SoftEther VPN Client?

It's been a week and still I can't connect to VPN. Using Ubuntu 18 and SoftEther CLI :(
