Hello!

As my network is not allow to use the DHCP, but the Softether L2TP vpn connection need to enable the secure NAT DHCP, or the mobile/table could not connect the vpn. How to prevent the DHCP assign the IP out to the Softehter server?

There is no packet filter in the local bridge function, so cascade to another virtual hub and then local bridge.
Then filter DHCP packets with security policy on cascade connection.
