Geopolitical restriction control

I live in one country but I work in another country /neighbouring/
I can not access some government pages from abroad, also live stream TV

I want to leave running server in my own country providing vpn to
country where i work

I want to use OrangePiZero /already able to use SE successfully/
I connect it to internet with eth0.
Then, can I make local bridge between virtual hub VPN to the same
eth0?
Will this work? Or there is another solution for it?

Thanx, confirm, it works, I just used WIFI instead of eth0
