SoftEther VPN User Forum

H Guys.

so i have a 2012r2 running SEVPN. all configured to run on its own NIC with all protocols removed except the Softether one.

Windows 10 latest OPENVPN client, connects, gets DHCP from the remote sionicwall. routes traffic fine.

So i have a PFSENSE VM connecting via the OPENVPN client, it connects but then disconnects.
the log shows:
SIGUSR1[soft,ping-restart] received, process restarting
openvpn 48359 Restart pause, 10 second(s)

i have tried other online (url removed by moderator) and these work fine. but i have my own server in a datacenter i wanted to use.

i have tried numerous settings but noting seems to keep the VPN connected for more than a few seconds.

Any idea?

Could you show the server log?
Which mode do you use in OpenVPN?
