How to access and configure SoftEther Server on AWS

I used the AWS marketplace SoftEther VPN server image and stood up a server with all default settings.

When I'm trying to connect to the VPN server using SoftEther VPN Server Manager, it says "connection to server failed"... I could access the public IP over 443. It shows Forbidden. I'm running the Manager on my Mac laptop. Here is the configuration. Per AWS marketplace, I used the EC2 instance ID as admin password. I've tried everything and I could not connect to the VPN server. What am I missing?
