Hello,

Want to know whether SoftEther can be configured (both Client and Server) for L2TPV3 protocol without IpSec encryption.

SoftEther VPN Client doesn't support IPSec and L2TP.
SoftEther VPN Server doesn't support L2TPv3 without IPSec.
