SoftEther VPN User Forum

Hello,
Is there a way to control VPN client on localhost? I know about vpncmd, but that's not what i need ... I there a some kind of API or not?
I already using https://github.com/hoppler/SoftEtherApi for control my server with my custom program in C#, but it's for server only :(
