Routing problem or...

Hi,
I have installed SE server on CENTOS on vmware (two nics: public a.b.c.8 and local 192.168.128.150)
Configured by SEwindowsAdministrator. Run, works fine (whatmyip address shows a.b.c.8 on client)
But there is a problem. Client cant see local network (192.168.128.0)
Local network is vlan 30 (there are vmware ESxi 192.168.128.170, Dell MD3220 - 192.168.128.101 and APC ups in remote location (other building) - 192.168.128.130)
Ping from vpn client works only to 192.168.128.130. I can ping from client to 192.168.128.170, 192.168.128.101 only few seconds after restart vpn server, after it stops.
Ping from 192.168.128.150 (vpn server nic2) works to all IP in 192.168.128.0/24
Where is the problem? (I have tested fresh installations on fedora, ubuntu - the same result; ping only to 192.168.128.130)
Regards
