Connection from limited wifi

Hello,
I'm new to Softether. It works most times great. But I'm heading a problem connecting from wifi where ICMP and any dynamic DNS servers are blocked. I have tried to capture with wireshark, there are pings (obviously no response) and DNS querries (no resposne too).
Than sofether client is going timeout.
Is there any way to instruct Softether client to go for fixed numeric IP and port? Best would be port 443.
To be more complete: the SSTP from this problamatic wifi can pass and connect to another IP.
