Connect VPN serer from Outside netowrk using VPN client

Hello All,
Greetings of the day!
I want to setup VPN server in my Windows 10 machine and want to connect the same from my home both are in different locations, I have tried to connect but not succeeded, could you please help me in resolving the same.
--> Server Machine: Windows 10 x86
client machines: Windows 10 x86
--> Server IP: 192.168.100.100
Client IP: 192.168.43.217
--> Softether Build no: Version 4.29 Build 9680
