SoftEther VPN User Forum

I'm having a problem, every time I try to install the program I get an error "Uninstall of the SoftEther VPN Client service (internal name: SEVPNCLIENT) failed." and I have to cancel the installation because every time I press the retry button its always saying the same thing.

Does someone know a solution for this?

Garbage information at the time of previous installation may remain.
Please try to delete registry entry manually.
