Is it possible to use VPN Azure Cloud with OpenVPN clients ?

I'm trying to connect to the softether vpn server at work, which is behind a CGNAT.
The VPN server has the "VPN Azure" setting enabled and also the "OpenVPN clone server function".
However, I'm only able to connect from home by using the softether client (for linux).
I would like to use a OpenVPN client to connect to the softether server.
Do you guys know if it is possible to make the "OpenVPN Server Clone" function to work with "VPN Azure" ?
