i try to ping virtual DHCP on the same PC (server) 10.10.10.1 but it failed

SecureNat works like any SOHO router. The NAT is blocking you from getting to the 10.10.10.1 address like it is supposed to. Its like having a router behind a router. The 10.10.10.1 is the SecureNAt routers internal address. If you look at your main router/ DHCP server, you should see the virtual MAC from the secureNAT settings getting an IP address from the DHCP server on you main network.
