Access has been denied after new install

I just completed a fresh install of SoftEther VPN server on a Windows 2008R2 server.

When I hit "Connect" on the "SoftEther VPN Server Manager" the Auth Type is already populated with "Password for Administration Con" and the User name is populated with Administrator.

When I enter the Windows Server administrator password I get the dialog box "Access has been denied".

I know I am using the correct Windows Server administrator password. This IS the password being asked for, isn't it? At the top it says "Log into local host"

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks !

If you don't set a password of the VPN server, please click the 'OK' without a password.
