Hi,

i had set up softether vpn server on Linux Ubuntu,everything worked for a long time until the moment when there was no electricity.
When I restarted the server with VPN virtualization, it stopped working.

The service is running but it does not work, any ideas?

I would do a reinstall. It could be that some data got corrupted on your hard disk due to the crash.

I think there are some troubles with your PC. Maybe you should check your hard drive.
