Softether connects, but doesn't change IP

Hello, I've been having a problem with Softether VPN Client Manager for a long time, I don't know how to solve it.
Whenever I try to connect to any VPN Gate Public VPN Relay Servers, it says (after several seconds) that I'm connected. However, my IP always stays the same.
I don't know why this keeps happening, it used to work several months ago. I found some posts with people that had the same problem as me, I followed the suggestions posted here, but none of them helped. Thanks for any help in advance.
