Server Specification

I'm new to softether and need advice on how to calculate the size of the server such as cpu, ram, hdd etc etc.
I have seen the documented specs information but cannot see anywhere to get the full picture on specifications.
Also how many Hubs can be created in one instance of the server, how many concurrent sessions can be handled by one hub.
Sorry if these a stupid questions and appreciate any help.
