i m using VPN Azure. but the status keep change between connected and not connected.
abt every 30 second it will change. from connected to not connected and not connected to connected.
may i know how to trace? log show not much info.
or what setting to config?

Are you observing it on the VPN server?
The logs do not contain much detailed information.
I think that something is blocking communication.
Is there a firewall in your network environment?
