IP Location

Hello
We are planning to use Softether to provide VPN connections for a client in the UK, the client is asking if there is a method in which we can assign a geo location to the IP provided by the VPN. So for example right now when a connection is made and we look at the IP whois we see it displays the name of the host provider but the client is asking if we could assign a geo location to an IP that would display as it being in London for example.
