Softether open ports

Hi,
i have new instalation Softether. Everything is set up and functional. But i have question. Softether have open ports:
TCP 443
TCP 992
TCP 5555
UDP 500
UDP 4500
this is OK.But other ports are also open
UDP: 1025,1026,1343 and 56771. Why? To What these ports serve?
