I got a new laptop which has only wi-fi network available (I think here is the problem). I downloaded the VPN Client Manager, but it doesn't show me the list of ips like it was showing on the old laptop.

On the old laptop it was showing me like this with "VPN Gate Public VPN Relay Servers" (see the second picture)

On the new laptop it shows me like that without "VPN Gate Public VPN Relay Servers" (see the first picture)

Where can be the problem?

That is because you downloaded the "softether Client" only

You need to download the "SE client with VPN-Gate plugin"
