SoftEther VPN User Forum

hi every one
i have a softether server and a i have no problem with connecting my clients to it throw windows or mobile data but my users can not connect to my server by openvpn when they mobiles are connected to wifi
whats the problem and what should i do?
please help me .

Did you open/forward the OpenVPN port on the Router/ firewall?

what should i do my i set port 443 udp for open vpn on softether server
should i set port forwarding for every wifi adsl modem or router ?

and how i can do that
