The use of softether vpn to monitor employees over the internet

Please I don't know the use of softether vpn, but I saw a comment on youtube that it can be use as a cloud to monitor employees computers. I have a software that helps to monitor empoyees computers either through LAN or through the internet( using a cloud at a monthly fee). Can the softether vpn help me to monitor over the internet at no cost ?
